SONG DYNASTY (960-1279), 18TH CENTURY IMPERIAL STAND

The bronze vessel is of a flattened ovoid form with a waisted neck, cupped mouthrim and supported on a flared footring and further flanked by two small loop handles on the shoulders. It is decorated by an archaic bronze motif in gold and silver inlay. The flask rests on an imperial 18th century wooden stand.
