A YELLOW GROUND BISCUIT ENAMEL WATERPOT

QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY

DIAMETER: 7.5CM

The waterpot is of beehive form and incised near the rim with a leafy cluster of three peaches. The fruits are picked out in green and ruby enamel against a yellow enamel ground.
