A LARGE CARVED CHENXIANGMU BRUSHPOT

The thick-walled, unusually large chenxiangmu brushpot has a wide mouth and tapered waist carved with a continuous scene of landscape and figures in high relief. High cliffs divide the various scenes, showing respectively an empty pavilion, two playful scholars, and a group of two ladies.
