Qing Dynasty, 18th Century Length: 10.8cm The inkstone and fitted cover are carved from a single curved fan-shaped section of ivory. The interior houses compartments for an inkstone, a water receptacle and an ink palette. The inkstone set is well patinated with natural age cracks.
